This Privacy Policy describes how Leveled Meetings ("the Service"), operated by Nate-Land Studios LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and handles information related to your use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Account Information. When you sign in using Google, LinkedIn, or another authentication provider, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider. We store this information to maintain your account.

Session Content. Speakers create sessions with topics and uploaded content (images, PDFs, markdown documents). Participants contribute written comments, replies, and reactions. This content is stored on our servers.

Usage Analytics. We collect technical information such as session participation, message counts, and feature usage to improve the Service.

Device Information. We may collect browser type, operating system, and device identifiers solely to improve Service performance and compatibility.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your information for behavioral advertising. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

We use information collected to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; authenticate your identity; manage session participation and credit balances; diagnose bugs and optimize performance; generate anonymized analytics to inform development; and comply with applicable law.

When you sign in with Google, LinkedIn, or another provider, that provider shares limited profile information with us (name, email, profile picture). We do not receive or store your password. Each provider's use of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.

Content you contribute to a session is visible to other participants and the session speaker. Speakers may export session content for use outside the Service. When a speaker configures email capture for a session, participant emails are collected on the speaker's behalf. Nate-Land Studios LLC is not responsible for how speakers use exported content or collected email addresses.

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe collects payment information subject to their own privacy policy. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers.

Account information is retained as long as your account is active. Session content is retained as long as the session exists. Credit transaction records are retained for auditing purposes. We reserve the right to delete user data, including account information and session content, 6 months after a user maintains a zero credit balance and has no active subscription with the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the Service, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

You may access or update your profile information at any time through the Service. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us. California residents have rights under the CCPA; because we do not sell data, many of those rights may not be applicable. To exercise any rights, contact us at support@nate-land.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NATE-LAND STUDIOS LLC, NATHAN FEGER, OR THEIR AGENTS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, OR THIS PRIVACY POLICY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO CEASE USING THE SERVICE. IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nate-Land Studios LLC, Nathan Feger, and their agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of this Privacy Policy, or infringement of any third-party rights.
